Our “black sheep”. Defying moderation, it’s packed with fine liquorice. We import the powder for this chocolate directly from Calabria, southern Italy, where the liquorice bush grows wild. It creates a heavy, full- bodied liquorice flavour that fills your whole mouth. We then sprinkle extra salt flakes and a touch of aniseed over it, as the icing on the cake.
